Let's Help Prevent Suicide

Premier Partnership have collaborated with Breaking the Cycle to offer a free taster session on Monday, June 24th, 2024, from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm.

This session coincides with International Men's Health Month and will focus on suicide awareness and prevention.

The aims of the course are to gain knowledge and understanding of suicide, including myths, signs, and symptoms and explore biological and social factors that can increase suicide risk, including diet, exercise, sleep, and social and environmental influences.

The session will cover how to recognise risk factors and warning signs associated with suicide and appreciate the importance of healthy relationships in suicide prevention.

This free taster session is a great opportunity to learn more about suicide awareness and prevention. It is open to anyone interested in learning more about this important topic.
