Unlocking the Potential of Neurodiverse Employees.

Did you know that up to one in seven people in the UK is neurodivergent?

Yet, many organisations fail to fully harness the potential of neurodiverse employees due to outdated recruitment practices, workplace barriers, and a lack of awareness.

A recent ACAS report highlights that employers who embrace neurodiversity can boost productivity, enhance innovation, and improve staff wellbeing. However, many businesses remain unsure about their legal responsibilities and how to implement practical workplace adjustments.

Join our free 90-minute webinar to learn how your organisation can move beyond compliance to actively leverage neurodiverse talent for competitive advantage.

· Date: 9 April 2025

· Time: 12.00pm – 1.30pm

· Duration: 90 minutes (including 30 minute Q&A)

· Online – Register Now

What You'll Learn:

Legal Responsibilities – Understand how the Equality Act 2010 applies to neurodivergent employees.

Recognise the value of neurodiverse individuals – What neurodiverse individuals can bring to the workplace.

Also with us will be DC DALEY JONES, a Detective constable in the Metropolitan police. In April 2021 he was diagnosed with combined ADHD. He was further diagnosed with DCD (Dyspraxia) in March 2022. Since then Daley has founded, and co-chairs the ADHD Alliance, a national support group for Police officers and staff with ADHD, or those who support someone with ADHD. Daley is passionate about improving the lives of people with neurodivergent conditions both within the police and for people who come into contact with the criminal justice system. Daley delivers regular neurodiversity awareness training and has co-written a guidance document called “ADHD in Custody” with the group Neurodiversikey®.
