Course Information

The aim is that delegates “Know and Use the Six Thinking Hats.” The course achieves this by having delegates use the different ‘Thinking Hats’ right from the beginning and through all of the course content so that it is an immersive experience in using De Bono’s concept.

By the end of the course you will be able to:

  • Articulate the theory of De Bono’s Six Thinking Hats
  • Apply the theory to creative and collaborative working
  • Be able to use De Bono’s Six Thinking Hats to foster collaborative working, and show others the benefits of using the Six Thinking Hats
