The training will be designed to assist the organisation with achieving an understanding of the ‘what, why and how’ of diversity, equality, equity and inclusion for all staff. How can we apply the 4 Pillars to becoming a more culturally aware and competent organisation.

Disability – Inclusive Practice

This course focusses on the protected characteristic of disability. It provides a space where delegates can explore best practice in managing disabled people, and is designed and delivered by a former wheelchair-user.
